In 2023 The Corner Group took over the reins, adding to their impressive collection of popular Melbourne watering holes; including Corner Hotel, Northcote Social Club and National Hotel Richmond. On meeting manager Tom, you get a strong sense of custodianship - he and the friendly team are wholly committed to keeping The Railway as authentically untouched as possible. Like taking a step back in time, you’ll find a charming and welcoming neighbourhood pub straight out of the 70’s.
The bar's stocked with a generous range of draught beers on tap and all your classic pub tipple. The Railway also boasts an impressive kitchen, serving quality Italian-inspired pub meals in line with its Mediterranean roots.
