As a legacy to his late father, second-generation fishmonger, Anthony Yotis and his partner Laura di Florio Yotis are carrying on the tradition of selling top-quality, seasonal fish and seafood.
From what was once the former Canals Seafood shop in Nicholson Village, The Fishmonger’s Son offers a deli-style selection of fresh, preserved and pickled fish, sourced locally and from around the world.
There’s also an incredible range of artisanal condiments on rotation as well as delicious takeaway lunch options during the week ( a local tip: get in early during the week for their prawn + cray rolls - they have something of a cult following! )
With a commitment to old-fashioned service, quality produce and expert advice passed from one generation to the next, Anthony & Laura look forward to welcoming friends both old and new to Melbourne’s latest and greatest seafood experience.
