Maria’s Pasta has been an institution in Nicholson Village for 35 years and they love sending people home with delicious food for the whole family.
Roll up to Maria’s and you can instantly sense a genuine passion for food and tradition. A family business, Maria’s Pasta is owned and managed by the Italiano family. They’ve been part of the Melbourne food scene since their grandfather, Natale Italiano, established the Perfect Cheese Company in 1930. While that business was sold some 50 years later, a passion for food remained in their DNA.
Traditional pasta is kneaded and rolled in the artisan way - then cut just as you like it right in front of you! An incredible range of sauces, filled pastas, gourmet pantry and deli treats are also on offer.
No matter what you walk away with, after being greeted by Kylie, Mia, Valeria and the team you’ll leave feeling like family.
