Classes, supplies, memberships and more.

Celebrating 70 years as a Guild, Handweavers and Spinners Guild of Victoria was founded in 1954 and has established its headquarters, classes, gallery, supply store and resource library in the village. Step inside an unassuming shop front and find a bustling open space with the busy team either preparing for workshops and classes, stocking the craft store, guiding customers or putting member's beautiful work on display.

In store you can buy a handmade one-off piece of members' work, including scarves, jumpers, socks, beanies, tea towels, shoelaces and even dog leads. Or visit the craft supplies shop selling all types of yarn, fibre, fleece and dyes and an extensive range of spinning, weaving and felting equipment. There is also an extensive Members library with over 4,000 books, magazines and DVDs on offer.

New to this beautiful craft? The Guild offers Introduction to Spinning and Weaving courses along with workshops for those with more experience in dyeing, knitting, crochet, weaving and spinning. Drop by and grab a unique gift, sign up for a class, or speak to one of the friendly and knowledgeable team members about embarking on a journey of craft.
